JUST WHAT "I HEARD" A WEEK or so ago and didn't want to post because someone may have thought it as too positive.
<<Bob Akins emphasized mention of Samsung in the CC brought the unique marketing situation of Korea to mind. This in my mind is relevant as Cymer is in Samsung early and in a real manufacturing context. It's my (WAG) guess that other Korean manufacturers will follow suit if Cymer is given good performance marks by Samsung. This may be academic though as they are likely to buy non-Japanese steppers and scanners from
manufacturers that seem to be supplying Cymer lasers exclusivley with
their systems (ASML, SVGL, ... ).
