Meanandering market. Market set highs of the year yesterday. Natural gas went from 2.70 to 3.72 to 3.50 in a week. Both gold and S&P500 over 1000. Housing inventory is low 7.5 months. My unemployment guy saying Spetember should drop 0.4% to 9.4%. He is also seeing people run out of unemployment here despite 79 weeks that they were on it. Philly is 1.4 billion in the hole and talking about laying off 700 police. Other states and cities are not adapting to lower revenues.
