TreKewl: That will depend on who we can motivate by contacting as many people / officials/ agencies as possible which raises another point: Does anyone know how to find out if any major shareholders (funds, brokerage houses etc) are still holding the stock? Those would be the most likely ones to directly get involved in any potential legal action.
