Not that I'm saying anything new, but the fact that SH had to shut down the board in compliance with a legal request by the company is in effect a hamstringing of our democracy, and at the very least we need to prevent this from happening ever again. I assume the formal reason behind the request was to curb "defamation", but open forum discussion of this issue cannot be shut down as a result of one or two members making false claims. In the end, the proper mechanisms of justice will review all the facts carefully and decide whether the issue needs resolving. In order to effect meaningful change the general public must be free to 'peacefully assemble' and organize all relevant facts and opinions. Any motion to impede this process represents a preemptive strike against our liberty. I don't really care if I get my money back, this issue just all out dusgusts me.
