The SEC has become a cancer on the soul of America. It needs the appropriate institutional chemo and radiation doses to insure it doesn’t become metastatic. No securities lawyer should ever again dare to look down on a examiner or researcher. Like Pogo in the classic cartoon of the 1950’s, they have seen the enemy and it is them.
