Even if they bring back conscription, there won't be enough troops to contain the civil unrest in Europe and in the USA after an invasion of Iran.

Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan. These are not small countries. It would take millions of troops to attempt to keep the lid on that boiling cauldron of rebellion, and it most likely would still fail militarily. The problem will then spread further out, and who would we have to invade after that?
