Is the segway a failure? Well its been eight years and I still haven't ridden one or even seen one in person. I only recall one person that I know has been on one and he didn't buy it, just rode it on the college campus where he works. I take from all that there must not be many around.

Even if I had one I don't know where I would want to use it. I would rather walk. Since obesity has become a way of life in this country, maybe its better if he does kill this project.
