Right. So in a bankruptcy we go down the heirarchy and shareholders would be left holding the empty bag. The interesting things is we NEVER went into a bankruptcy, and that we were sidelined altogether.

As for senior management standing to lose millions of virtual dollars, they also stand to gain from any possible (and by no means certain, however being a private company makes it difficult to disclose their paycheck next fiscal quarter) amount of income paid by the owning company, VERSA.
