Now finding more info about the discussions between Tailwind and Vanguard would be helpful. I would like to know why this deal was broken off for .38 cents. There must be documentation, probably are only way to receive that info is through a lawyer, what do you guys think. Anybody wanna take a long shot and ask Tailwind.
