I called the RCMP Commercial Crime Section, Ottawa
613-993-6884 (I live in B.C.)

I didn't speak to anyone yet, but left a detailed message
on their answering machine. I do expect they will call
me back and ask for more details.

The answering machine is long winded and has 9 options.
I left a message on their 3rd line. Once you give them your info and the alegation you hit the pound (#) key to save the message, then they ask you to send it using another key. I think it was 1 but sorry, can't remember. You'll have to listen through the message yourself.

I do believe if they do conduct a Criminal Investigation, more
people should also be lodging a complaint. Otherwise, if I'm the only one to call, they may not take the complaint seriously. Should the RCMP conduct an investigation, a
Forensic Audit may be necessary, and could cost us money, as I don't believe the RCMP would pay for that cost. I do not have
enough knowledge of the workings and dynamics of Allen Vanguard
and would suggest either Kidl/Goldens/Jelena1 or someone else
be the spokesman. Do any of you believe there is enough evidence to bring Luxton to court? If there isn't it wouldn't be in the "public interest" to charge him. Something to consider.

I will also be emailing Siskind's telling them that I wish to
be added to the class action suit.
