meathead, I was managing pc upgrade cycles when you didn't even know what a pc was............... it became an issue in about 1984... I'll manage the transfer to merced to. these p166's will end up contolling single level task in a data collection system in the singapore plant in a few yrs. or controlling test functions on factory floor in US. Pc's get pushed down and that's what's happen for over a decade. With Novell opration control software moving a pc isn't trouble at all., I guess you said it best when you said you were an I/S idiot.. your words not mine. I'm the bigger idiot for even discussing I/S with you. I bet you gripe about your I/S guys at your company all the time..
