Peter,

Yes, they want to do it again, but its really up to the stockholders to say nay or yea. The stock holders have till tomorrow, I think to send in their approval or disapproval. I am not sure of the date to reply. Its a 2-1 this time. They are only doing it because of the price of the stock, they want all to take advantage.
