I was saying that women were typically TREATED like "property" before feminism gave them some rights.

Extremely intelligent women in highschool and college were limited in their aspirations to "defined roles" in employment.

Women could NOT be in SPORTS when I was in highschool.

Do you have any kids? Would you want them to grow up with the opportunities in 1960 rather than today?
