Suppose you had access to a TOP corporate (public company) lawyer and you could ask him TWO questions, what two questions would you ask?

First question:
Can we lay claim against all parties in the deal, RBC lending syndicate, VRS and VERSA ?

Second question:
Since VRS claims asset value is less than total debt, can we dispute ?
(Have an independent review of VRS asset valuation, based on previous asset valuations at purchase, and at date of RBC financing May 7, 2008)

Third question: (I know you said TWO, but I have another)
How can we force bankruptcy on VRS ?
(This would "force" books to be reviewed, bids opened on individual assets, and VERSA to revise terms)
