I'd sent 8 messages to Robin Ironside at VRS over the past year. The last one back to me was dated 20Aug2009.

I've cut and pasted my question to her, and her response back
for you to see that there was misleading information.

The share price keeps going lower. Is the company going to
declare bankruptcy? When can we expect to have a news release?
There has been absolutely nothing for months. The following info I found on a “blog”. I can get more info from these sources than I can from anyone from Allen-Vanguard. Does anyone care at VRS that their shareholders are becoming increasingly disillusioned and frustrated with the company? Can someone please offer us out here a shred of hope that this wait will be worth it?
(I then cut/pasted several articles about the tulip festival/kirintec/and the EDC 1 billion dollar fund to her).

Dear (iaden)

There was quite a bit of information in the quarterly press release that went out last weekend. Did you see it?

Kirintec cannot reasonably be considered a competitor of VRS -- the company is a tiny start-up. This blog sounds like it's been written by someone trying to bash the company.

You'll recall that because of the discussions with a prospective investor, management cannot be promotional -- they are in a grey period, and the TSX will view negatively press releases that are not strictly material -- that is, releases that do not have a significant impact on the business. Otherwise, the company has provided information whenever there was material information to release. Really, public companies can be seen to be handicapped -- private companies can release any pawky bit of info they want.

Personally, I still see lots of potential in this company, and am still long myself.

I hope this helps.

Best regards,

Robin
