Wow you had me going there.....I thought you had a new sophisticated method for acquiring 2nd and possibly 3rd homes without any viable credit rating. I suppose there is always a few big buck high roller hustlers that will try your "Cash" suggestion...however this begs the question "Has housing bottomed yet"...??? I enjoy your post's and your running debate with Hawkmoon, his most recent post being quite to the point.... regards
