Side note on my iPhone adventure... After he restored it to original and I synched everything back, my iPhone is performing at least 100% faster and less buggy than it was. I would highly recommend that if you have had your iPhone for a year or more you do this. I'm sure there is some stray code left over from all the apps downloaded and deleted, and all the apps updated a half dozen times. Even typing is cleaner and faster. Feels like a brand new phone.
