Another VRS question and response post

Dear Mr. xxxxxxxxx

Right now, Allen-Vanguard is in a quiet period because of its discussions with a possible acquirer. This means that they cannot promote, although material news and quarterly results will be reported.

Throughout the discussions, Allen-Vanguard's sales team has continued to book and complete sales, and the order backlog is strong -- $70+ million, when last I heard.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Best regards,

Good morning:

I am a shareholder that is beginning to have some serious concerns about my investment with Allen Vanguard. There is very little positive news of late around sales, new contracts and where this company is headed. As a result, stock prices are not moving up where they should and could be. From an investment perspective this gives me cause to reassess my position. Before I make that call, I would like to hear what plans are in place to promote business and secure new contracts as I believe that Allen Vanguard can return to a solid return investment.
