RE: Question to all. One question I would ask would be the legality of the writedowns (esp. Q3) that resulted in the negative equity value (nicely outlined in Kidl's post #202). Perhaps this would be more of a question to put to a forensic accountant? I suspect this is one area that may have teeth wrt legal action, given the size and timing of the writedown.
