I actually love the thought of VRS and cohorts being aware of the fact (as I am sure they are) that shareholders are coming at them from all different directions. Way too many directions and voices to silence like they tried to do with Stockhouse and failed miserably. It was actually a blessing that they choose the high handed legal approach as it ended up REALLY pi$$ing off the "little guys" (shareholders) and thus uniting them. They now know that this deal WILL be subject to many "smell tests" before it is allowed to go through even without us entering into a class action. If the deal is on the "level", they have nothing to worry about BUT there will be third parties making this decision and this WILL be subject to shareholders' input.
