AJ - There is a lot of this info on the Loral Thread. As I recall it goes something like this: LOR owns 33% of Globalstar LP, a limited partnership. Globalstar Telecommunications (GSTRF) a publicly traded Bermuda company owns something like 28% of Globalstar LP. Qualcomm owns a somewhat smaller position (10-20%?) which was not detailed in the Loral packet I looked at. A number of other worldwide Telecom Companies own the rest.
