TORONTO, Sept. 21 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW - Allen-Vanguard Corporation (the "Company") - Further to TSX Bulletin No. 2009-1154 dated September 14, 2009, TSX has determined to delist the common shares (Symbol: VRS) of the Company at the close of market on October 21, 2009 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX. The Company's common shares will remain suspended from trading.
