for example ma insurance has numerous procedures in the required insurance making it costly vs other states which do not require such coverage. So every insurance company that sold in MA would have to have MA specific policies. Or are you folks saying there would be no regulation at all? did you call aetna to see if you could purchases an out of state insurance when you do not reside in that state? No I have employee provided insurance.
