Questions for AV. Please add your reply to the FAQ section on the proposed deal to your website:

1. David Luxton received significant bonus compensation for consummating the purchase of Med-Eng. In light of the results of that deal and subsequent events, what % of bonus compensation is DL returning to the company? If less than 100%, on what performance metric is DL entitled to retain such compensation?

2. How will David Luxton be compensated after the proposed re-structuring? What salary and incentives have been agreed upon and/or are included in the proposed re-structuring?
