There is a big difference between delisting and a trading halt. Shareholders asked for a trading halt so shares wouldn't change hands at a 1/2 penny until this transaction is clarified in more detail which is what we all are working on. This delisting and the reasons for it is now a new issue which now needs to be clarified.
