What does the thread think of the interesting turn of events with BEAV!

If their "100%" were true, wouldn't British Airways be the one to complain about Simula, and not a competing vendor?

BEAV's lawyer-written release is carefully crafted to "herewith" avoid saying that they do in fact have 100% of British Airway's 777 fleet seat contracts. Plain and simple, they don't. A careful read and re-read of this specious release is well warranted for SMU people. All they are saying is that they have supplied 100% of the BEAV-made seats. That is like saying Boeing has a 100% market share of people that buy Boeing airplanes!

Seems as if Goliath is whining that David is coming. Makes one think. . .
