Just my opinion but everyone make sure you register with siskinds. I now believe that our only recourse is through the courts. If we can get a class action suit filed before the deal is closed by year end or at least have it on the horizon then Versa might reconsider the deal. The fact is that if VRS is forced into ch. 11 the most likely outcome will be that it is successfully restructered and nobody will lose any jobs. However, the banks will have to take a bigger hit on the money they lent VRS. Just my opinion and it may not be popular but make sure you register with siskinds. Even 0.05/share is better than zero.
