<<Macy's off like a f'ing rocket????????>> Because some dingbat analyst upgraded it. Reasoning that a new buying concept for stocking store merchandise would lead to vastly improved profits! What was this new rocket science? Centralized buying. Less reliance on regional buying. The dingbat talked on CNBS interview like this was a revolutionary new ground breaking concept. Should be some great markdowns coming on heavy winter coats for Florida stores.
