In spite of its large LTD and Obama's speech at the UN today about clean air and global warming, NCOC is still up 20.8% with volume > 1.9M about 3x its ADV

The stock wants to start an up-move from the $1.10 level, but its intraday H is below its Sep14 H.<g>

NCOC reported better revenues and lower loss on its last Q.and the EL for this Yr is around $0.41 vs. the $1.13 loss in 2008. For 2010 the EL is around $0.05

The ACTAY is $5, and if the stock can get to retest its May 5 H at $2.74 it would be a good % gain from present levels. I think I will keep that as my present 'target' and will consider increasing it to $4 if oil prices keep going higher and the DOW can close above 10,000 <g>
