My point is that there are lots of ways to set things up. A command and control federal bureaucracy making and implementing regulations is only one way. Command and control is rarely the best way. Huh? It's the way it works now. The states are the "command and control". If you take that away you have to replace it with something. I don't think you folks that want national sales of health insurance have thought this through.
