What does the thread think of the interesting turn of events with BEAV dogging little Simula today?

If BEAV's "100%" were true, wouldn't British Airways be the one to complain about Simula, and not a competing vendor?

BEAV's lawyer-written release is carefully crafted to "herewith" avoid saying that they do in fact have 100% of British Airway's 777 fleet seat contracts.

Plain and simple, they don't.

All BE is saying is that they have supplied 100% of the BEAV-made seats to British Airways. That is like saying Boeing has a 100% market share among people who have bought Boeing airplanes!

A careful read and re-read of this specious release is well warranted for anyone seeking to understand the inner workings of a big company that is hearing footsteps. Why so concerned about a tiny company that shouldn't even be a fly on the wall to the mammoth BEAV?

Seems as if Goliath sees that David is coming. Makes one think. . .
