Mohan, it is almost exclusively the volitility/fear/greed factor. That can evaporate in a matter of hours, so be careful. Your Dec 760's are looking mighty fine and I would start to think about unloading them and reloading if you want at a later date. Note my prior post on what I'm thinking about doing.
