Kidl,

You are right, we need to keep things moving forward and this whole thing is business. People need to realize that Allen Vanguard most likely knew there would be a class action and have looked at the cost of settlement. They also when doing the cost benefit worked into it the possibility that shareholders would just move on and the cost would be zero. If people are happy with zero then remain silent, but I am fighting for even 50% of something.
