Here is an interesting one, UNG ($11.40). It follows the price of natural gas. I think it will do well over the coming year. I like the idea of buying the in the money $10 calls that expires in January 2011, symbox ZZMAJ, bidding $3.30, asking $3.50 buying 10 contracts. Then shorting 20 contracts of the
Jan 2011 $27 calls (ZZMAA) bidding 80 cents, asking 95 cents. Close out the entire position if UNG reaches $22 per share.
