At this point, I'm less concerned about who done it. I'm just happy that the bank chose to reimburse my account. They even credited me with $4.25, as a separate credit, for ATM fees.

Glad you got a satisfactory resolution. I wonder how they duplicated your ATM card or got access to the account?

OK, at this point I'll name names. It's Citibank, with whom I have been doing online banking since 1986. Used to have to dial in to do it.

Heh, I remember those days! I used to do that too with my local credit union by phone, then later on my blazingly fast Supra FAXmodem 14.4k. Loved that modem.
