So you say it's not free to the uninsured who can't afford it and they're not covered?

Not illegal immigrants. Some uninsured would get subsidies... not sure where they would end up in the public or private options as the public option is limited to 10%.

But most of the uninsured would end up paying, or their employers would end up paying.

If you guys are going to scream about this you should really learn something about it first.
