John, The FDA as of late has been cracking down on drug companies marketing their drugs for off-label use. Merely look at the $3 B that Pfizer just coughed up! What PSDV is doing is running trials that will allow them to get FDA approval quicker and use the hopefully first approval to grease the wheel with the FDA. If the safety issue is removed for this first application, will smooth the process for add-on applications....with what one hopes is a large number of doctors already on board with the use of the drug. Added a few more shares when it again dropped to my comfort zone........getting way over sold at the moment. As for the conspiracy........hard to say! However, when one puts in a stop-loss order to protect profits......then one should never question if they get an execution........never dangle an offer before a MM! (:>)
