Yup they are - and I it costs $5,200 less than last year when I paid the low deductible premiums. I don't really care all that much what my employer is paying since it's a perk of any job I get - due to the education I paid for and the work I put into myself during those early years. Everyone can pay for health care themselves - insurance is optional until bambam mandates insurance or else.
