I don't really care all that much what my employer is paying since it's a perk of any job I get Jeez you guys really don't understand. It's your direct compensation, it's not a 'perk'. It's probably north of $11k. It may be more than you put in a 401k, it may be close to you house payment, it's way more than you spend on your car. It's one of the biggest expenses in your life and you don't even know you are paying for it. If you were buying a car you would know every detail, and make sure you didn't overpay by $100. Health insurance costs you more than twice as much every year and you are getting ripped off big time. Why are you not pissed? Too dumb?
