The GOP is slinging mud. Nothing new there. Democrats pretend like they've never seen that before. Nothing new there either.

It's inevitable that universal health care will have to ration. Yeah, private health insurance rations all the time, but no one trusts that the government will be any better at it, and many fear the government will be worse (myself included). The predicted doctor shortage is just one aspect.
