No, you are way wrong and apparently have no idea. Murder is a homicide as is anything, including suicide that leaves a dead victim.

Murder is a homicide in which there was some type of criminal intent and it is measured in degrees. Vehicular Homicide is just what it sounds like, however, if there is intent to kill it is a homicide of the 1rst or second degree. Otherwise it is manslaughter.
