Someone or something has infected your brain with things that sound smart....they aren't. You have no idea what you're saying. Atoms react with each other primarily because of the electrical charges associated with them....and the quantity of such charge.....eg the bond between Na and Cl is very strong because of it.... If you can understand the Periodic Table you may better understand how such reactions occur. nasa.gov
