It's a stupid, bad move.

These people are talking about emotional distress. Crooks don't usually fare well with those kinds of claims....lol.

Plus, the employer fired them and can hardly say that the tapes were doctored. You don't fire people if they weren't doing anything wrong in this kind of situation. I regard the termninations as admissions.

Discovery will be pretty broad with the kind of claims they're asserting.

This could be fun.
