You have to be stupid to read what I wrote and what he pasted from Wiki and ask for an apology. In every state Homicide statutes are very similar. He hasn't the inclination to examine understand how "intent" or "during the commission of a crime" etc , affect the grading or classification of an act. It is so common among the "enlightened" to believe everything is so simple and they of course can just repeat nonsense because it sounds good to them. The problem lies in the fact that they truly don't understand that their stupidity and/or attitude doesn't allow them to look closer at that which they believe they understand.

The problem with people who think they "know it all" is that they continually piss off those of us who really do. ROFLMAO!
