TO ALL Apple bashers. I noticed a cosmetic problem with my laptop beneath the monitor. There is a pliable strip that had lost its adhesiveness and developed a bubble. No big deal and it didn't affect the computer, but it was something I wanted to get repaired. I phoned Apple on Monday. They FedX'd a shipping box to me on Tuesday. It arrived in Houston for repair on Wednesday. It is 9:00 a.m. Thursday and my laptop is back and the bubble is gone. And folks wonder why Applecare is necessary. In addition to providing me with a very nice living over the past twenty one years, Apple knows how to treat the customer!!!!!
