ALL- a new S13D has been filed. This is the second one related to 'the series D deal'. This one enumerates the 'management team' and the 'key stockholders' in the series D deal. freeedgar.com It doesn't really say a lot more than the Amber one, except some further conditions and responsibilities on JTS. Read on.
