XO's Workforce Mobility Initiative Integrates Customer Services Into One Mobile Interface and Improves Operational Efficiencies

XO Communications was the highest-ranking telecommunications provider on the list and jumped 13 spots from number 27 on last year's rankings. The company was recognized for its multi-tiered workforce mobility initiative, which integrated its customer service, network and provisioning functions into one, easily-accessible mobile interface.
