I do. Apparently you do not. If a man points a gun at another person and pulls the trigger and kills him without cause, is it murder? How about if he does the same when he's drunk? Of course it's murder and the courts would treat it the same. yet we as a society consider it somehow different when an auto is involved rather than a gun.
