Do you think Steve gives a crap about his retail grunts.

The poor retail conditions is more of a reflection of corporate culture.

Lets be honest here..These retail folks are over worked and way under compensated. HR is useless. Their primary focus is to collect what ever fractions you may have honestly committed to be used against later.
