I said they should recognize revenues when they roll out seats and the receivable becomes current. If that happens to be in year 1 then do it all in year 1. If it is in year 5, then do it in year 5.

This was just a mistake that is impossible to predict. E&Y screwed up, we are in agreement.

My previous note's point concerned timing not whether the contract is committed or not. I guess I wasn't clear.
